The Rev. Cassandra Howe – February 4, 2018
In death and dying classes in seminary we would talk about the concept of a “good death.” “Comes at an old age, peaceful, surrounded by loved ones, having said my goodbyes,” are a few of the ways many would describe it. What if we thought of a good death not just about the actual death but by what one is leaving behind? Join us as we explore what we want to leave behind when our time comes and how, in the context of making positive change in the world, we all need to be planning for our death, or more accurately, how our life’s vision will continue after we’re gone.
