Unitarian Universalist don’t always celebrate Advent, the Christian liturgical season of when Mary and Joseph are journeying towards Bethlehem. We give it a token nod once every couple years with a lighting of the advent wreath during Sunday service. But Advent has a lot to teach us about hope and making the world a better place.
