Her question reminds me that there is so much I don’t know, and when I remember this I am practicing hope. Things may be very difficult, but that does not mean that the world is about to end and we should all give up. The remarkable is possible at any minute. Call it grace, call it believing in the possibility that we can get better, whatever you call it, hold onto it, because hope is the foundation for change.
